Kaushalya UK is a charitable, community organisation working to empower and uplift women. It is growing organically in leaps and bounds under the dynamic leadership of its founder and CEO Ms. Ritu Sharma, who is dedicated to bringing women of this world to find their own power and true worth.

Personal and Professional Development

The aim of this ongoing project is to create awareness among women to assess and upgrade their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise their potential.

Health & Well-being

We bring to our communities a variety of activities and experiences related to health be it physical,emotional, mental, or financial health. These activities enable them to attain positive self-image and support them to feel good within themselves.

Against Domestic Abuse

We run training and support programmes for people who are on the forefront of communities, dealing with and supporting victims of Domestic Abuse.We support victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse with and a supportive, listening ear, mental health support and legal advice.
