We Support women to Reach Their Full Potential
Mental health & domestic abuse conference
Kaushalya UK hosts an annual Domestic Abuse and Mental Health Awareness
Conference every year to shine a light on the vital and often overlooked link between
domestic abuse and mental health. The conference serves as a platform for survivors,
professionals, frontline workers, and community members to come together, share
knowledge, and act on the intersecting challenges faced by women and families affected by
abuse.
Held in Walsall in January and in London in October, the conference features expert speakers, panel discussions, survivor
testimonies, and workshops. The focus is not only on raising awareness but also on
encouraging meaningful conversations that can lead to practical support, policy change, and
community healing.
Aims and objectives:

health. - To highlight the lived experiences of survivors and amplify their voices.
To foster collaboration between professionals, service providers, and community

Empowerment Through Art

International Women’s Day
Kaushalya UK proudly celebrates International Women’s Day by bringing women together to recognise their strength, achievements, resilience and contribution to our communities. Our celebrations create a welcoming space for women from diverse backgrounds to connect, share experiences, learn from inspiring speakers and celebrate one another. Through these events, we champion equality, confidence and empowerment, while highlighting the importance of women supporting women. At Kaushalya UK, we believe that every woman deserves to feel safe, valued and empowered to reach her full potential.
Diversity Day Celebration
Kaushalya UK celebrates Diversity Day by bringing people from different cultures, backgrounds, and communities together to celebrate what makes us unique. Our events provide an opportunity to share traditions, stories, food, and experiences, while promoting understanding, respect and inclusion. We believe diversity strengthens our communities, and we are committed to creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to participate, connect and thrive.
Community Christmas Lunch
Kaushalya UK’s Community Christmas Lunch brings people together to share the joy and warmth of the festive season. The event provides a welcoming space for women, families and members of the wider community to enjoy a delicious meal, connect with others and celebrate together.
