We create meaningful opportunities for women to develop their skills, access employment, and rebuild their lives- responding with care and flexibility to the unique needs of every woman we support.
Health & Well-being
We bring to our communities a variety of activities and experiences related to health – be it physical, emotional, mental, or financial health. These activities enable them to attain positive self-image and support them to feel good within themselves, and catalysing progression.
Against Domestic Abuse
We deliver specialist training programmes for frontline community workers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to confidently identify, support, and advocate for victims of domestic abuse. Alongside this, we provide direct support to survivors through mental health services and legal advice, ensuring they have the guidance and protection they need to navigate their journey to safety. Our catering social enterprise further empowers women to reclaim their confidence and independence, offering flexible, dignified work opportunities that restore self-belief and financial freedom—one step at a time.
