Because Only Together We Can

Build a World Where All women Are Safe, Strong & Valued

Who We Are

We are building a world to empower women by personal and professional education and awareness.

Kaushalya UK is a registered, not for profit, community organisation working to empower and uplift women. It is growing organically in leaps and bounds under the dynamic leadership of its founder and CEO Ms. Ritu Sharma, who has dedicated her life to bringing women of this world to find their own power and true worth.

The organisation has been working to bring more force to women through personal and professional education, business/work opportunities, social events, seminars, workshops and speaking events.

Our projects

01.

We Educate

The aim of this ongoing project is to create awareness among women to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise their potential.
02.

We Build Networks

We build networks to bring more members to our community, so that we can serve as much as we can.

Building strong relationships to our partners and members is our first priority.

03.

We Strengthen

We empower women, connect communities and raise awareness for issues that affect women.

Our aim is to not just support those who are in need, but also support women who are trying to create a life of fulfilment through their financial growth.

04.

Entrepreneurship

We aim to educate women financially. Financial literacy would teach them how to be efficient with their finances in such a way that they can accomplish more goals, and the goals that they do have, faster.

We  promote entrepreneurship in women as that leads to creation of influencers and thought leaders. Today’s world is just fit for entrepreneurs and data shows that women make the best of entrepreneurs.

05.

Health Care

To expose women to a variety of activities and experiences related to health education, to help them develop a sound understanding of their overall development and enable them to attain positive self-image to provide opportunities for women to make personal decisions related to their intellectual, physical and emotional development, to encourage desirable behaviour, leadership and co-operation with others.

06.

Social Events

All work and no play make Jane a dull girl! We take our fun times seriously.

Our social events are fun filled with food, dancing, music and more food. Every year, we gather twice to celebrate womanhood and cherish the relationships we have created on the way. International Women’s Day celebration is the third event of a year that we look forward to celebrate.

Impact Stories

A Ladies Night

packed with fun, frolic, eating, dancing, networking and socialising was held at a popular venue. The night was packed with dance performances, music, drum beats, fresh food and loads of dancing. Women came dressed in their best attires and had some great time together.

A Brighter Future For Women

February 2020, we also held our ‘Influential Business Women’ event where women from business circles joined us from all over the country. Our speakers shared empowering and inspirational stories about their lives and businesses to inspire the audiences.
